Production Method: Carefully selected Tannat grapes are hand picked at Las Violetas. Long traditional maceration of 15 days and aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Bottled and aged for a further year.
Tasting notes: Classic cedar, raspberries and plums are evident. Balanced oak. Roundness and smooth tannins contribute to this excellent wine. It is an ideal wine to serve with red meat, aged cheeses and chocolate desserts.
