360 Terra / International Realty follows a set of business practices intended to give our customers a straightforward, clear, and transparent way of doing business where all parties are respected and all relevant information is always revealed.

Duties to our customers

360 Terra refrains from exaggeration, mis-representation, or concealment of pertinent facts related to property or transactions.
360 Terra cooperates with other real estate professionals to advance their clients’ best interests.
360 Terra does not provide professional services where it has any present or contemplated interest in property without disclosing that interest to all affected parties.
360 Terra discloses any fee or financial benefit it may receive from recommending related real estate products or services.
360 Terra keeps entrusted funds of clients and customers in a separate escrow account.
360 Terra makes sure that contract details are spelled out in writing and that all parties receive copies.
360 Terra gives equal professional service to all clients and customers irrespective of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
360 Terra is knowledgeable and competent in the fields of practice in which it is engaged or it gets assistance from a knowledgeable professional, or discloses any lack of expertise to their client.
360 Terra paints a true picture in its advertising and in other public representations.
360 Terra dos not engage in the unauthorized practice of law.

Duties to relators

360 Terra makes only truthful, objective comments about other real estate professionals.
360 Terra respects the exclusive representation or exclusive brokerage relationship agreements that other real estate agents have with their clients.
